We provide technical support to upstream Internet service providers, Teleport service providers, network service providers and multi national corporations (MNCs) and other global enterprises based outside East Africa, but with network extensions in the EA region. These benefit from our cost effective and just in time technical support services. Owing to our location near the customers in East Africa, our engineers can be flown to any part of the region with one or two day’s notice. Examples of support provided are CPE installations (e.g. VSATs), prevent maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
