The scope of work will vary from project to project and may include baseline survey, feasibility studies, Business Plan preparation, application for necessary licenses, definition of project scope, preparation of request for proposals (RFPs), technical specifications and tender documents, evaluation of bids, procurement of project inputs and project implementation. We also give our customers support in regulator related activities such as license processing, spectrum applications and frequency coordination.
