ICT CONSULTANCY

The role of an ICT Consultant will vary from project to project and from client to client. Some organizations engage external consultants because they lack adequate internal skills to carry out a particular task or assignment. Public organisations are usually required by statutory instruments to engage external consultants for purposes of transparency and accountability. Businesses may engage consultants for various reasons including the need to focus internal skills on the core business, skills transfer, improved efficiency, and time to market constraints, etc
